Stress Management Workshops
Our practical workshops contain theory, along with simple exercises and discussions that allow individuals to reflect upon their current behaviours and set goals to support new healthy habits.
We know how difficult it can be to get a GP appointment that fits with your schedule. So that’s why we want to bring the healthcare professional to you. Simple health MOTs can be offered on your premises.
Relaxation & Meditation*
Relaxation exercise and meditation are so effective when carried out properly. One of our experts will lead a guided workshop to ensure maximum benefit is gained, and will inspire regular practice through goal-setting techniques.
Everyone loves a massage. And if they don’t we can offer reflexolgy and/or reiki. Qualified therapists can be onsite throughout the day for drop-in sessions to fit around everyone’s busy schedule.
Making changes can be a challenge for some people, as we often don’t know where to start. One-to–one sessions can help individuals set health goals pertinent to them, whether that is reducing alcohol intake or supporting weight management plans, the choice is the clients’.

Lightening the Future
We are committed to giving back to our community and improving the wellbeing of our future, and you can be a part of it too.
Today, our children are struggling with obesity, as a result of sedentary lifestyles and poor diets. A child’s emotional health and wellbeing influences their cognitive development and learning, as well as their physical and mental wellbeing in adulthood. To support our future workforce, the Lightening the Future programme helps schools improve pupils’ wellbeing through yoga and nutritional education.

Founded by Annie Parsons. Annie: “Having worked in the healthcare communications for nearly ten years, I’ve helped key players in the pharmaceutical and food industries raise awareness of many public health issues, but the impact of good wellbeing remains my key interest.
I enjoy working closely with groups and individuals to educate, motivate and adopt healthy habits, helping people to understand the importance of health and wellbeing within daily life. As a consultant for the NHS, I have run one to one sessions with individuals who have opted to improve their health, and have coached hundreds of people including some of the UK’s top executives on how to make simple changes to improve their energy levels.
Understanding the detriment of childhood obesity from working with key professional organisations such as NOF and the RCPCH, and the health inequalities that are associated with poor wellbeing, I’ve been inspired to create an educational programme that supports the Government’s initiatives to reduce childhood obesity, and consequently improve the wellbeing of our future, with no-cost to the children in need.
As a graduate in Physiology from the University of Leeds, I take a scientific and objective approach to health issues and their management. I do however also believe there is a place for alternative therapies, having since qualified as yoga teacher, nutritional therapist and complementary therapy practitioner, and am well-versed in what makes for a healthy life for adults and for our children.”
